finally ordered my new PSU, what do ya think???

Hi.

Viewing the only tree models I have for choosing, suddenle a new one appeared.

Was a ZUMAX 950W, six 12V+ rails with 20A each one.

According to my research the PSU is maded by EPOWER/TOPOWER and according to the guide of PANCHOMAN here in TPU the brand is a good one.

The PSU will cost me aprox. if I'll pick up a 600W TT Toughpower PSU with another reseller.

Also I find a review from OverclockersClub about the EXACT model I ordered.

I want this PSU 'cause I wanna keep it for some time and It seems that It have some futureproof performance.

So what do you think???, I still don't make the payment so I'm still in a good time to cancel the order.

Nice, lots of amps there. I'm not a brand name type of guy like lots here, if it gets good reviews then I think it's a good choice, thats how I chose my PSU.

I got a corsair 650w when i could of easily gotten an apex 750w......go me.... good psu to you!

I've run that PSU for around 6 months or so. Great stable voltages. Zumzx is a division of Topower. Never opened mine up to have a look, but I get no squeal under the heaviest loads, so I assume they are quality pieces. Without the fan turbo button in, its near silent and always cool. Enjoy!

Why would it be useless? I highly doubt things are going to get more Amp hungry as they havent in multiple generations of videocards. And if they came out with a new connector and adapter would work just fine on it.

Either way, there are numerous people even on TPU that could require all the wattage this PSU puts out, amps thats another story. Heck if I had another 4870x2 I think I would be pretty darn close to maxing out my 950W.
