Annd I replaced the solid old router with ASUS's AX11000.

Currently running my my computer with AX200 linked to ASUS router on WiFi6 only. Both range and signal quality have seen vast improvement over previous E3000. Even overall throughput from the 200MBps internet got a healthy improvement.

This one is probably gonna serve me for another decade or so.

Still exploring a lot of new functions with the router. Very satisfied with the purchase!

The old Cisco Wifi router looks all most the same as the one my brother had before replacing it when he moved into his new house. I think the Cisco was replaced with a Netgear Wifi router.

The design is perfect!
BTW I like your cat:)

I just went from a Cisco/Linksys E4200 to a TP-Link AX3000. 144Mbps to 1.2Gbps for $170 total. (router + PCIe Wifi6 card)

I wanted the Asus...but i couldn't justify it $$... $$ sure seems like a whole lot of fluff marketing and features I'd never use. Although, now that I know I can hit 1Gigabit+ speeds, once I get more Wifi6 devices rolling into the household, I really like the idea of their AiMesh to expand the network.
