Update 2: Problem solved!:D Opera doesn't have rendering problems and there wasn't even a single black screen which I was frequently experiencing with Firefox.

There are however downsides. Opera is slightly slower than Firefox and first page loading after a shutdown, restart or cookie cleaning & long standby is dead slow. Sometimes it loads indefinitely and I have to close Opera, wait for 20 or 30 seconds and than open it again. Otherwise it's OK.

I have the same basic problem with Firefox in Linux Mint and in this case it is a brower related issue. However it only does it with certain things like discord - The screen will blankout for a sec then come back like it's "Blinking".
As for the exact cause of why Firefox is doing this I can't say - Although it's annoying at times I've come to deal with it because in my case discord is the only thing I've seen this happen in, all others are fine (So far).

Similar thing happened to me. The screen "blinks" from partially black to normal while scrolling Some people have the same issues with Chrome, but with Opera I have no such problems. In Firefox, I had to refresh (F5) a web page to load normally without rendering issues.

The only difference I can tell based on the above is my screen does blackout completely for a moment, then comes right back when it does. I don't have to hit any keys, it comes back on it's own.
