hi , i need help with my first build ,for my mother .
i have some experience am an a+ technician in training , so am ok on that side . but i need help with wat to get.
i have a budget of about £250 to £300

sorry, i seen a case on ebay with a 480 watt psu for £15 so i mite get that. and if you can recomend a cheap lcd thated be great, also she will be mostly just surfing the net nothing to difficult, so really i need help with a cheap mb ,cpu ,cddrive,hdd and ram.

also would a 3600+ sempron completly suck ballsm as its single core

If it is just for the Internet and she doesn't care that it will take a bit longer to load up when she first sticks it on, then a single core is fine.
