First time RealTemp user needs help with results

Hey so as the title states I am a first time user of Real Temp. I just finished building and updating my new custom PC so it is ready to use and I saw where it was good to use this application to be sure your computer is running optimally.
My question is if someone would be able to instruct me on the proper use of RealTemp and help make sure i am good to go.

i already have it downloaded RealTemp and Prime95
