I'm looking for a steal on an E8400 or faster (or maybe E6850). Board will not OC, so looking for a fast stock chip.

Might also be looking for a GTX280/285 again if I have enough left over after some other upgrades.

An entire kit? I got my Siberian Tiger NorthQ kit third hand for $45 shipped and it didn't come with a fan, and I thought that was a good deal. I can't imagine anyone would ever be asking $40 shipped for that, but you may be able to bargain down for it.

What kind of deal are you looking for on a 280? How about a 275 that could take a 285?

Yes it is, but it is an I5 as requested and more importantly it is hyperthread capable, so it is just as good as the I7 750, but cheaper.
