Software 3@ubuntu, 11 @ windows 10. My kids run several macs and a win7 system.
Benchmark Scores About 80-90 grc a day but will drop out of the grcpool and start solo mining shortly
Have you got a second video board?

If Linux then ssh or use remote desktop.

There is a way to run a program when booting windows but you will need to access the hard drive using another system and install a script to undo what was done and you will have to arrange to have it executed when booting. I have done that back on windows 95 or 98 but not since then. Probably simpler to borrow another board, even a PCI or a risers in an x1 slot whatever fits.

[edit] another way: using a flash drive that boots Linux and put in "./atiflash original_bios.rom" to it executes

Why does not the internal graphcis work? Just read the following:
The Ryzen 3 3200G is one of the few AMD Ryzen chips that comes with built-in graphics processing, which means that if you're using it in a new budget PC build, you don't need to spend extra on a dedicated graphics card. I assume the mnotherboard has to have a connector so if no connector then not useful.

set bios to use the internal GPU as first choice then put in the rx. If EFI bios may not be obvious what it is called.

Heres other pages of your manual you need. Make sure to move your video cable to either the hdmi or dvi output on the motherboard. Which are near the usb ports on back of case.

Do a Clear CMOS too.

Try another monitor/cable though

How do i do this cmos thing
is the battery dead? if not do you have a small Clear CMOS button you can press? If not just flip off or pull the power cord and pop the battery out for 1 min and pop it back it and fire it back up and check your bios for the IGU on your Cpu.

I did a clear CMOS did not work

Still no internal gpu

Take the monitor cable from the gpu and plug straight into motherboard, verify monitor power cable is plugged in and monitor turned on.

Try a different monitor and cable even

Possibly the RX560 is locking up and preventing the motherboard from booting no matter what setting you put in the bios. If that is the case then do a warranty repair of the RX560. If the motherboard actually works with the RX560 but there is no display then there are some options the best of which required another system: computer, iPhone or Android. First, using the built-in gpu, assemble a script that will restore the bios. It will look something like this: "amdvbflash.exe -p 0 original_bios.rom". Name the script "fix_vbios.bat and put the original bios in the same folder as the script. If you saved the original bios then use it else download the proper one. If you have iPhone (or android) access then install splashtop on both and make sure they communicate before putting in the RX560. Once they connect then run that script to re-flash the bios. If you do not have access to external device then the script can be run automatically when booting.

If none of this works, then you might want to make some art work of the RX-560. I have a pair of bricked RX-560 hanging on wall to remind me to make sure the x1-x16 riser is not in backwards when assembling a mining rig. The cards are too light for a boat anchor

I think there is a communication barrier or this person is a troll.

Might be best to pull the rx560 from the system and verify if it actually boots at all now...
