I recently installed the December drivers for my 5850 and holy hell... FLICKERING GALORE! Happens quite often now, even if nothing is being loaded. Even in video games, there can be quite a bit of flickering. Is this an issue with the December drivers or is this just my graphic card? Either way, how do I fix this?:shadedshu

the 10.12's suck donkey assholes. the 10.10e's are pretty damn good though and can be found right here on tpu. the 10.12's just had bugs.

So my flickering galore keeps coming back. Sometimes even if I am doing nothing, the screens flickers. Another thing I noticed is that I can't access CCC. Any thoughts?

Benchmark Scores This varies from one driver to another.
In that case have you checked out the monitor itself? Check the cables, power cord, etc. Get the rudimentary stuff out the way as a possible cause. Afterwards try installing drivers for your monitor. Go to Device Manager and click on Monitors. Does it show the name of your monitor or does it read Plug and Play? If the later click on it, tab over to Drivers and click on the Update Drivers button. Next select Search automatically for updated driver software.

Under monitors, both of them say Generic PnP Monitor. I tried to search for drivers anyway but both say they are 'updated'. I don't believe it would be the monitors though. This never happened before I bought this 5850. Last card was a GTX260 and never happened.

For some reason though the flickering stopped which is very odd. It has a mind of it's own but I still call this a problem since I don't know what is going on when the flickering does start. :/ I still can't access CCC which is bad. lol. I may have to re install.

Could you explain the process of you switching from the 260 to the 5850? What did you do exactly?

Replaced the cards :p
Right before I took out the 260, I got rid of the drivers. Then when I put the ATI card in, I already had the drivers on the desktop to install right away.
I found out though that it has to do with my dual screens. Apparently there isn't much of a fix since I am OCing it just a little :/
