Does anyone know how to place passwords on folders in windows? Also can you do the same thing when burning cd's?

We first create a new zip doc and put the file in the zip the go inside the zip and highlight the file that is inside and go File->Add Password then you're enter your user name and pass. then your done!

With windows XP professional you can make it so only your user account can view folders and files you encrypt. I think that only works for NTFS though although you might try it with a CD.

Right click on the file or folder and select properties. Click the advanced button and check the encrypt file box.
