I love my new Sapphire X1650 I bought from newegg for 70$. Any of the X1650 Versions count.
Updating to the newest drivers (7.11) was a little tough, it messed up my colors and stuff, but nothing a little reinstalling and rebooting couldn't fix.
The ATI Overdrive built into the Control Center was a little iffy, I went with ATITool 2.7 Beta 3 with Drive-Level Overclocking and it works great!
It even has temperature reading and fan control.....
I also changed my Latency for the card to 64, and it works! I get less studdering and smoother gameplay.
(framerates not affected really)
It came clocked at 500/800 and I got it running at 600/900.
I pushed the Core and Mem to 649/918 max, I should be able to get more on my memory, but that's fine for now.
On my system (which is unbelievable) it plays...
Battlefield 2,
F.E.A.R.,
Counter-Strike: Source,
Half-Life 2,
Command & Conquer 3,
Doom 3,
Quake 4,
Need For Speed (Up To Carbon),
Fable,
Trackmania United,
Call Of Duty (Up To 2),
Halo
Unreal Tournament 2004
Far Cry
On MAX Settings, some even with 2X AA Enabled. (And Anisotropic Filtering) (1024x768)
Games I was able to run....(Not always good framerates, but completely playable....)
Call Of Duty 4 Demo (All Features Enabled, Max Textures/Anisotropic Filtering Max, Model/Water On Normal)(1024x768)
Crysis Demo (All Medium Settings, Frames drop when lots of physics stuff is happening (falling hut and stuff))
I will put more when I play them...
