Hmmm....not sure yet. I swear to god I thought I logged into Tomshardware when I clicked my shortcut link for TPU. I panicked and was like WTF! I know this layout doesn't look like Tomshardware, but just how everything is bigger and so much different from what it was....it just made me think I was no longer on TPU.

As long as the site keeps the functionality that it had and doesn't turn into some bloated, POS like gamespot did years ago, I won't care after a few visits and go on with life.

The latest Post from the top of the forum is what i think is missing, i really found that the best part of the forum imo. It Directed me to either the hot topics of the day or new content being added.

I know its now on the right hand side, but its less visible for sure. Also the old design displayed more 'newly updated' threads say 10 or more didnt it!?

I feel that really needs adding back to the top of the forum.

Only viewed the update from my Android phone but so far I like it! Flows great and is easy to read.

I do miss recent news and recent topics. I also hope that we might see more theme options available. I'd love a TPU dark theme!

The Forums tab does feel empty without the Recent Topics and New windows. If it ever becomes possible, it would be nice to see them brought back.

@W1zzard I'm not getting any email alerts since the upgrade and my prefs are set to get them.

Also, it would be handy to also have the post reply button at the top of the page like we used to some time ago.

There was a time right after the upgrade when emails weren't send. It should be working now.

I second this. The recent topics actually helped me solve some problems I was having and I could also help folk without digging deep into the forums. The headlines box saved me from having to use the homepage too much but I don't know if that's a good thing or not for TPU

a bit off topic, is there any way i can force outlook/gmail to open threads in the android TPU app instead of Chrome? i end up with like 10+ tabs open on mobile chrome and would love to know if there is a way.

@W1zzard With regards to Forum topics, Buy, Sell, Trade... etc., the top links which were Rules and other TPU internal areas are no longer highlighted in yellow. What is happening with that? If they are not going to be highlighted then can they be set apart some how, (banner area?) ?

EDIT: I'm also talking about the "stickies" area.
