Forums ads after first post

I highly doubt it. The advertisements are encoded in such a way that they're as much a part of the forum as the thank-you or infraction system. You simply can't get rid of them unless you own the forum and want to change where the ads are.

I'm not getting any ads on any of my three comps; one with a fresh install of Vista. Yet, I did have that nice thick white line between the posts yesterday...

I saw the large spaces between posts yesterday and honestly didn't think that looked that bad - as long as ads don't start popping up in between each post

Wizzard, it is strange that you are letting a huge area in header and footer sections lie empty, but considering the problematic in-line advertising. Use the top and bottom for some 720x90 banners, man.

Also, open up a vertical side area on the left or right, if needed, and fill it with skyscraper banners.

W1z, mind mentioning whether these ads pay per click or view? If it's per view I have no problem whatsoever with leaving them unblocked as I'm sure many others would agree, though if they're per click it would be beneficial to let us know so we aren't leaving them unblocked in vain
