Hi there, i have a foxconn mb:NF4SK8AA-8EKRS. i would like to know if Model #F1-3200PHU1-2GBNS would suit this mb. i can't any compatabitlity listing on tne gskill site & foxconn don't even have my socket 939 sli on their site. any help appreciated.

Ditto! :) As long as the mobo can support the capabilites of the ram, just make sure the ram slots on the motherbaord can support DDR500, and that it is 148 pin.
