Hey man, can you describe better?
Cases like this, generally can be power supply. What's the power supply, you're using?
This works only in this two games?

this.

not this. Typically they don't brown out. It works and its stable or it isn't for the most part.

Temps? What does gpuz show you when it happens? Have you updated drivers?

Hey man, well, PSU can also deliver lower voltages when in bad conditions.
If a PSU can't deliver the amount of Power for the GPU, the GPU can limit itself, no?

Thanks!

post a screenshot of afterburner stats or GPU-Z whilst/after running your games and you have the FPS drops, no PSU listed in your sig specs, might help. Are you overclocking? background programs? temperatures for CPU/GPU inc: hotspot etc.

Help us to help you, we need info...

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)

In game scenery changes can cause FPS drops too, as well GPU Core can lower in non intensive areas of the game.
