newegg has been total crap lately.... good luck getting what you actually ordered. I ordered a Netgear A6200 adapter from there on HALLOWEEN, and STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT AND THERE'S BEEN NO SHIPPING UPDATES SINCE THE 2ND!!

Did you actually buy it from NewEgg, or THROUGH NewEgg (i.e. one of their resellers)?

Contact them. They will help you out.

I wouldn't know. I think it may be a false positive because I've used these links for a very long time with no AV and have yet to be infected in any form.

Sure it's not newegg itself or an advertising partner? They had trouble with this recently, I even started a thread on it like 6 months ago.

I agree if it is pushing malware, it needs to stop.

I ordered my Seasonic Prime 750W from them and got it quick but I live near the warehouse for the west coast... and I don't expect to need customer service on it. Sorry to hear about the troubles... will remember this for my next order.

I'm 100% with rebates from Newegg and everywhere else. Newegg Market place is kinda a pain. I always end up checking who ships. Recently a Market place seller forgot to ship one item. I was refunded the whole order which was $8 more then I needed. But pretty happy with Newegg for the most part

Out of 100s of rebates the only rebate I did not receive was Powercolor
