What frequency should the Palit Gamerock RTX 3080 run at? I have a maximum of 1755 MHz in games, while for others, judging by the videos on YouTube, it works on average at 1950 MHz. Sorry if I'm dumb, I'm very bad at components, but what am I doing wrong?

And now in English?

Check your temperatures while gaming, if it gets hotter the maximum boost speed will throttle down..

Temperatures are normal (65-68 degrees). The frequency is stuck at exactly 1755mhz as indicated for my video card model. But when I built the computer about 3 months ago, the frequency was boosted to 1920-1965mhz, now there is no such thing.

So what has been changed in that time period.
Changed display driver?

Even, many times new drivers came out. By the way, reinstalling drivers/bios/windows did not help.

I said the same thing but then OP said:

Otherwise I'd say get those dustbunnies out but OP says temps are fine...

Check the power usage. Is the power usage of GPU at 100% while running at 1755mhz or is it lower? Check the perfcap reasons, you can see it in GPUZ or afterburner.
