Frostbite games keeps crashing.

So guys , as the title says any game powered by Frostbite engine keeps crashing with Direct X error , the games are : Battlefield 3 , Battlefield 4 , Medal of honor warfighter , Need for speed Rivals.
& btw i tried to return the GPU to it's default clocks. but it didn't work.

(Direct 3D could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call).

That error states it is trying to use your onboard Intel HD Graphics. At the end of the error it states to "Make sure you have a supported graphics card with at least 512MB", I'm assuming you're hooked up to the video output on your mainboard rather than your graphics card. Can you confirm?

You need to connect your main monitor up to your add-in graphics card and the game should work then. That or if you can assign more system RAM to your onboard GPU in BIOS, that may suffice as well...though performance would likely be horrible in any of those games. Especially compared to a 750Ti.

If you're not connected to the onboard GPU, I'd disable it in BIOS so it only loads the PEG (PCI-Express Graphics) adapter. Then the game should have no choice but to run on the NV GPU. That'll also free up some of the allocated RAM for system use as well.

It down to the intel graphic chip you can try and bump up the shared video memory inside the bios but really you want a amd or nvidia graphic card to play games really

This is not me i'm running a 750 TI , i got this image from google because i can't take a screenshot for some reason , btw i deleted the image so i don't cause confusing.

Screenshot is available on windows is press control and printscreen button together on the keyboard then make a new image on desktop then rightbclick it to edit it then save as jpeg and post it on here

Yeah i know how to take a screenshot , but i can't because when the game crashes u know , everything becomes laggy and u can't do anything , i added the error in the first message .

Right i see do open event viewer to list any of the errors that appears in appications and system it may tell you more details

Are you running with an asus gtx 750 fml in the system you have?

When you crash does the display driver recover? Or is it a hard reset crash? You mentioned you couldn’t run stock settings? Can you underclock the gpu with afterburner and then try running the games?

Ok i can see what could be wrong if it laggy like stuttering and games crashing is to get ddu from 3dguru that way you clean out the nvidia drivers then get the latest nvidia drivers once that all is done reboot the system then go to nvidia panel and set the all to performance then enable the vsync. Then test the game again.
Yes you can underclock core and memory on thw gpu. Funny as last night i was only getting the gpu crashing in project cars every other games i have works fine. As it turned out my cpu gtl settings is too low had to bump them up 4 clicks and the gpu was downclocked from 1306mhz to 1215mhz as im have asus gtx 750 ti oc and project cars works fine

No ,i've reset the GPU to the stock clocks , but i mean it didn't solve my issue.
When the game crashes all i do to close the game is press alt+tab and cloae the error message.

Are you overclocking the cpu and ram on that gigabyte board as i can see the ram is at 667 that is real slow for data transfer. Then again it may need visual c++ updates and directx as well

667 MHz is the maximum frequency my board supports.

Back then 945 was midrange chipset iirc as the 965 was the higher end. Been a long time since I've tried recalling late gen-P4 and first gen Core2 supporting boards though. If the OP could snag a P45 or X37 or P35 board, then he could take advantage of DDR2-800+ speeds though. Not sure it's worth that investment or effort though let alone what may be available in their region. Wish I kept some of my Core2 hardware though! I'd send my old board his way.

I do agree with you that the OP needs to do a DDU removal of NV drivers and a clean install and reboot. Hopefully that takes care of these issues!

Only idea pop into my mind is the msi afterburner osd is to turn off the frame rate and frame time as it was causing some of my games to crash try that to see if the games your playing stop crashing

3gb of ram is plenty on older pc but some boards dont support more than 4gb as it becomes a limiting factor for a board. Only way is to uograde from dualcore to quadcore is change the motherboard from 945 chipset to something like g33 if you are not overclocking the cpu and ram

Problem with screen capture software it bogs down the performance it only used to show people on youtube. Most of the problems is linked to riva tuner that comes with msi afterburner all he have to do is untick framerate and frametime as if that enabled it causing games to crash as it to do with anticheat codes in the game that wont allow 3rd party osd
