Right, desperate times call for desperate measures, heres the absolute best I can offer for this stuff.

DFI SLI-D: £75 shipped SOLD

Comes with latest BIOS (406) SLI bridge, I\O shield, SATA\IDE\FDD cables, driver disks, and of course the seperate onboard audio PCB card. As already mentioned previously the board is good up to at least 435MHz with its stock chipset cooler, for me anyway, your MMV.

G.Skill PC4800: £105 shipped

Absolute snip, I tested these modules up to DDR650 1:1 with 3-4-4-8 timings, again your MMV but I'm sure someone with a decent memory controller can do better with them. Their retail packed too so covered by G.Skills warrenty still and their the ones with the cool brushed aluminium heatspreaders.

Hiper Type R 480w: £35 shipped PENDING

Rock solid unit, shipped with PCI-E adapter, its got a 24 pin molex connection by default but comes with a 24 > 20 pin adapter too.

A64 3200+ Venice (CPU only) : £30-35 shipped SOLD

Tattys CPU I nabbed from him. Pins have been straightened but requires a little jiggling to get it in the socket, its relatively easy to fit in still tho. Havent had time to really test it but I've tested it to 2.63GHz and its rock stable (Tatty said he had it to 2.7GHz solid), your MMV though, you could do a little better or worse.

Sonicfury 5.1 £20 shipped PENDING

Old but still good with its crystal soundfushion chip. comes with newest drivers that add EAX 2.0 etc.

A64 3200+ Winchester (nekkid, CPU only) £14 shipped

Did up to 2.55GHz, however over time the solder connections to one of the ICs on the CPU has broken down and the IC has come off, I have the IC in a little bag and will be provided with the CPU for anyone that wants to try and solder it back on with a 7w soldering iron or something.

Hey Bizket, I'm interested in the cpu! I see the ram and mobo on fleabay as well but I'm a mATX man, use an X-QPack and have no Thermaltake Bach to grace my desktop at this moment in time I'll check in again 2moro, I may have funds soon as I'm building a pc for a friend's girlfriend and I reckon my 2500XP-M in EPOX EP8RGMi at 11.5x200 with 1Gb dual channel pc3500 HyperX should do her then I can go socket 939 asap lol

I'm just after the cpu mate, I've tracked down a Biostar Tforce 6100-939 which is their oc'ing mATX board. What sort of nick is the cpu in? I'll not be buying anything for the next week at least as I start a new job on tues and get paid weekly. I'm also waiting for money from the person I'm supposed to be building a pc for :s

Kett I would really love to take the G Skill off your hands if I could but I recently bought the HyperX so funding is non existent, wish I hadnt now but my Asrock was limited to 2.7Vdimm so needed low voltage memory with a bit of performance thrown in, My PSU blew last Thursday and it was a fairly decent one (in my specs) and it took the mobo with it, am getting a new board this week that has many more tweaking options such as Vdimm to 3.1V so I could have had your Gskill!!!!

A further sales pitch for the Venice 3200 that Ket had off me, I can verify the 2.7Gig stable and that was on my boards maxed 1.55V, 1.6V may well get a buyer near to 2.8Gig!!!

I'm still after that cpu Ket! My x1600's gone on fleabay (link in FS thread) so I should have enough cash soon for that cpu. Changed my mind on the board-there's a nice Foxconn available at the mo with the better 6150/ 430 chipset and PCI-E socket for under £50 so I may go down that road. Meant to be a decent oc'er as well from what I read in the reviews of it, just gotta get my housing benefit sorted as well, damn idiots everywhere with loopholes that should be round their necks...

Hmmm, my Antec True blue 480W I got for 20 Euro seems to be doing the trick nicely so I think I'll hang on to it for the meantime lol. Hard times eh? I'll be needing a new psu when I can afford a PCI-E gfx card so I'll keep my eye on the status of that psu anyway

new part for sale folks, its a A64 3500+ socket AM2, its a CPU i bought just to see if i could crack 3GHz on a stock cooler, i havent really done anything with this chip but it went to 2.8GHz without issue on stock voltage just like my other chip. how stable it was i dont know, i hit 2.8 then couldnt be bothered with it its a full retail box too, im only asking what i bought it for, £90 inc p&p (royal mail recorded + insured)

i dont need 2 3500+ CPUs thats all. i started testing it for my elusive 3ghz on stock cooling then couldnt be bothered to finish, from the testing i did up to 2.8ghz tho, it does seem its oc potential is about the same.
