I have 3 of these fans brand new for sale. $15 shipped
they are dual slot blowers (not exhaust but can be modified to exhaust air) pulling in cool air from outside the case. They also have 3 blue/uv LEDs

How far into the case do they extend? Can it basically reach all the way across an ATX board?

There is an extension duct to make it longer roughly 6.5 inches long or as short as 4.5inches. Theres also a low medium and high settings switch

if i can take a few pics of mine. I don't think i have the extension anymore. lol but it will give you an idea

Without the extension it's about half the size of a x1950. The fan fits nice over the back of the gpu. With the extension it would be closer to the end of the card.
