Bought because I wanted to downgrade from my 17" Macbook Pro but dang I didn't realize what a difference it was going to be going from 17" to 13.3"
I figured I'd cut someone at TPU a deal before trying to send it back.
Please note that this is *Refurbished* though it is in brand new condition.

Specs:
- Tuxedo Black
- 2.2GHz Core 2 Duo 4MB Cache T7500
- GeForce 8400M 128MB Go
- 4GB Dual Channel Ram
- 120GB SATA 5400rpm HD
- Slot load 8X DVD +/- RW w/dbl layer write capability Optical Drive
- Internal Wireless
- Internal Bluetooth
- External Mini USB Modem
- Windows Vista Home Premium
- Bunch of extra software including Roxio
- Integrated 2.0 MP webcam

Asking Price: $1249 <== $1299 Shipped! in CONUS

Price for this new at Dell is more than $1750 before tax or shipping!

I would prefer to do a Money Order/Check for this since PayPal is going to kill me in fees (I have a Premium Account and there'll be fees despite payment type) but we can work things out if need be.
I have 100% Positive Heatware

Let me know if you need anything else I answer promptly!
Also bumps are appreciated and returned!

Thank you!

:eek::eek::eek::eek:

To put this into GBP terms - a new one is ÂŁ949 - and that is with ÂŁ150 off. seeing your selling it for ÂŁ660, slap some on for international shipping and its still cheap. That's a killer deal!

haha thanks for the bumps guys,
ttt= to the top, it's the quickest/easiest way to bump because you need a minimum of 3 characters to make a post :)

also I'd be willing to do the UK sale as long as they're willing to pick up the cost of the import fees

how do think the 8400M 128MB would be compared to the 7700M 512MB? Any gain/loss in performance? I know an 8 series is better than a 7 series, but the memory counts as well.. especially for gaming... say.. COD4, WoW, UT3, etc..?

I was initially going to say the 7700 would beat the 8400 hands down, though upon further inspection, 3DMark06 results say that the 7700 narrowly wins at an average of ~2400 points as compared to the 8400 at an average of ~2200 points
that said, those 7700 scores were with a 2.0GHz C2D and the 8400 at 1.8GHz Turion, whereas my M1330 has a 2.2GHz C2D
this would seem to conclude that at lower resolutions (such as the default 3DMark06 test) it's almost even despite the disparity between naming scheme and memory size
also I might mention, I believe the 8400M supports hypermemory or w/e nvidia calls it, so it should be able to take decent advantage of the 4GB dual channel memory :)
