PSU brands

I just have a few questions to ask because i cant find any info that i need from the site of FSP.

Are these PSUs from FSP single or dual 12v rail?
1. FSP Everest 80 plus 600W
2. FSP Epsilon 80 plus 600W

The FSP Everest and FSP Epsilon both have 4x 12v rails@18A each from what im seeing online.

Has anyone heard of the Cougar Power brand PSU? I've seen one here in my local store. Is it any good?

The Cougar S700 got a 9 on jonnyguru.com. I don't know how the other units are.
