My plex server is next to the living room TV, it sits atop my 12" Sony sub woofer. I haven't had the woofer plugged in for years, it's just been hiding in the corner and now it's a makeshift spot for my server.

My tower sits upon the box the case came in, right next to my desk. Sure, it's kind of gaudy looking, but it's better than having it sitting on the carpeted floor.

I'd take pictures and post them, but damn, I'm too lazy to get my phone out of my pocket right now.

The thing is, which pc?

The main gaming desktop is on a shelf on the wall, the second gaming desktop is on a shelf on the wall, the third gaming desktop is on a shelf under the 3d plasma TV and has 2x 10TB drive arrays for video storage, the old machine with the gamma spectroscopy system is in the basement sitting on a 500lb lead/tungsten radiation shield, and the laptops kinda float around.

I'm too much of a kid and far too stubborn to get rid of anything now. I've got to the point of trying to downsize things and I just end up rebuying it and spending more and more with the hardware in not as good a condition so I just buy it, keep it, love it and enjoy it

Don't put any of your older consoles in the attic, it'll accelerate the discoloration of the plastics from the warmer temperatures.

Oh my consoles don't go up there, my Amiga's stay down in boxes on my wardrobe, no room anywhere else!! :laugh:

All that's up in the loft is some hardware (boxed and wrapped some of it not even opened) but mostly just empty boxes from the hardware in the room at the moment. I think I need a house for the PC stuff really.. I mean it would make more sense
