I am posting this here since the news page announcement was not open to further replies, and this is just an FYI for other members:

I took advantage of their offers when it was posted a few weeks ago, and purchased key combo of W10Pro & Office 2019Pro with a great price, but.............

I waited 3 days for my keys to arrive, which I thought was a bit too long, so I emailed them through the site, with no response whatsoever. Then I started a paypal claim, and suddenly the email shows up the next morning with the keys, however....

The W10Pro key would not activate, even with several troubleshooting steps that I knew of, plus a few that I looked up. So I contacted MS directly, and after 1.5 hrs of remote command line work, they told me that the key I received was actually for W7 Pro, not 10. But since I had previously upgraded several other machines from W7, they would give me a clean key for W10Pro, and it activated no problemo....

Fortunately, the office key activated on the 1st try, or I would have been even moar pissed off.......

Again, just an FYI for others :fear:

This is what happens when a site advertises shady, borderline illegal crap.
Shame on you TPU.

I'm still here, and was waiting to see if anyone else was gonna comment...

Someone has suggested to me that the whole keys thing is/was a (potentially shady) side gig of sorts....which may or may not be true, since I have also purchased keys from other offers posted here in the past, nottaproblemo...

However I have chosen not to pursue this one any further since it seems to have worked out in the end, I just hope nothing goes wrong down the road with the keys I bought...cause then I would be way more upset and might be inclined to address it in a different manner..... :p:D:laugh:

I have purchased and used keys from the sites TPU has promoted on both personal systems & professionally and have had only one problem. There was one key that didn't work and it was swiftly(one day turn around IIRC) replaced with one that did.

This is what happens when a site advertises shady, borderline illegal crap.
Shame on you TPU.
That's a bit of a strong statement from someone who does not seem to understand how the software market is changing. For better or for worse, this kind of thing is becoming the norm. Instead of offering unfair criticism, perhaps you should consider adaptation.

For this reason alone, please follow through.

I agree fully grey market has no place here, but that's irrelevant to the performance evaluation w1z is aparently trying to perform.

If you do nothing I feel this thread will not stand.
