G.SKILL International Enterprise Co., Ltd., the world's leading manufacturer of extreme performance memory and gaming peripherals, is thrilled to be the first memory module manufacturer to pass the demanding Intel Approved Testing Process with a DDR4 SO-DIMM at the intense speed of 3200MHz, the fastest DDR4 SO-DIMM memory kit to be ever validated on an Intel platform. The testing and validation was performed by Computer Memory Test Labs (CMTL) on the Intel NUC Skull Canyon NUC6i7KYK platform.

G.SKILL has been working closely with Intel to bring the fastest DDR4 SO-DIMM kits to the market and such milestone once again establishes G.SKILL's active role in leading the development of extreme performance computer memory for not only desktop systems, but also mini PC and laptop systems. The SO-DIMM test result has been added to the "CMTL Advanced Tested Intel Approved Memory List" on the Intel NUC Kit NUC6i7KYK website. For the CMTL test report on the DDR4-3200MHz SO-DIMM kit, please refer to this page.

CMTL, huh?

Well that's one juvenile looking webpage. I wouldn't rely on anyone that misnomers MHz.

It's MT/s, MEGATRANSFERS per second!!!

Example: DDR4-2133 runs at 1066MHz.

It would be ok if they added the word "effective" after MHz, but they don't.

Benchmark Scores Faster than the tortoise; slower than the hare.
You're right that they do mislabel MT/s as MHz. DDR4-3200 has a memory clockspeed of 400 MHz, I/O clockspeed of 1600 MHz, with each transfer moving 64-bits (8 bytes) for a total bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s.

The sticks actually mislabel PC4-25600. According to the JEDEC standard, it should be PC4-3200
