Anyone know if this RAM is as good as this guy says? I'm looking for cheap ram for my new build but idk how to tell whats good...

Aegis is as general as it gets from G.Skill. You plug it in and it works.

I think from memory, it was designed with AMD systems in mind, but will work fine with Intel also.

There are two variants. The 3200Mhz one and the 3000Mhz kit. I hope they're the same IC's.

make informed decision based on supported timings and product availability

You haven't mentioned which team you are going for.
AMD likes fast Ram, and even Cas latencies, Intel's not that fussy.

I have it now stable at 3600Mhz 16-19-19-19-39 TRC 58 TRFC 400 @1.35v I would post the video of how I did it but I think I will be banned LOL I just followed a video I saw.

Sorry. I'm running a separate rig as my back up. It's an AMD 3600. Good memory controller. Can do 1900 FCLK. It also clocks to 4.5Ghz 1.35v. So I'd like something like B-Die. But I've gotten to play with this D-Die kit from G.Skill Aegis. Got it from 3000mhz to 3600mhz 16-19-19-19-39 58TRC and 400 TRFC at 1.35v so I'm pretty happy for the price. Around $65.00 for 16GB.
