I reckon 14A is not enough to run it stable as this thing draws ~8A at peaks @ stock leaving only 6A for CPU until the spec would be exceeded. I wouldn't dare overload a generic PSU.

yeah , ive overloaded a 450w generic psu with my 6800 Ultra OC, not a fun experience, im really lucky it didnt take any components with it...
any brand name 500+w should do the trick if you dont need lots of power.

I've just bought an Antec True Power Trio 550W for my brand new rig. That's right it's not the last Antec PSU release and i question me about its capacity to drive some cards as 9600GT ( or my 8800 GS 
) in O/C values ???
