EDIT: Not really, it was cheap. But I can't say I enjoyed it too much either.

Maybe, but if you're curious about the technology, it's the cheapest entry point. The 5700 doesn't do RTRT at all and it's not cheaper either, I don't see why the 5700 would make you sorry for getting a 2060.

It all depends on whether or not you care about RT. There is no doubt that for regular Gaming for 99.8% of all of the rest of PC Games a 5700 or 5700XT are great choices vs a 2060 (as they are 2070 competition). I know that using a 5700 I get 144+ FPS in Division 2, TitanFall 2, Shadow of War, Jedi Fallen Order and a few others using a 5700. Paired with a 165hz Freesync monitor is Gaming bliss. If I wanted to get into RT I would have gotten at least a 2070.

More like it depends on your brand loyalty.
Both cards cost and perform about the same, but one of them also offers an extra feature. I'm sorry, I see no way the less featured card makes you regret getting the other one.
