Galaxy entered the high-end system memory market with its Hall of Fame (HOF) system memory module. Pictured below, the module features a black PCB, but silvery white heatsink, with ceramic surface. The heatsink also features shiny white LEDs. The underlying PCB features high-tolerance electricals to support your overclock. The module doesn't come with XMP profiles of its own, but Galaxy guarantees that you can run it at 3000 MHz (DDR), at the appropriate timings and voltages. The module is likely available in densities of 4 GB and 8 GB, and will be sold in dual-channel kits.
