Game/360 controller problem.

I just started playing Just Cause 2 and when I use the grappling hook more then 3 times my Xbox 360 controller shuts off :wtf:

I have no idea whats causing this as the controller works fine in other games. Any ideas?

I used to get that issue when playing MLB2k10, every time I would power swing(I would shake the controller really hard). Found out it was one of the batteries losing contact in the battery pack. I fortunately had another controller so swapped the battery pack and issue went away.
