Ok, I know that this is a pretty specific thread and or question and before you guys start asking if I have disabled my antiviruses and ran my AV and checked for viruses. I have!! Lol, I've also changed my page file from windows managing it to me managing it. I have all the recent drivers for my video cards and mobo. I've got the Game Booster and so there for I don't have any unnecessary programs running in the background. Last but not least I've checked my registry and I've made tweaks to it as advised from other forums. Now the question is..... I have a Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0Ghz overclocked to 3.8Ghz, 6Gigs of SuperTalent 800mhz RAM, 2 GTS 250s in SLI, X-FI Extreme Gamer Sound Card, and a Killer Xeno Pro NIC card for internet. My PSU is a Antec 650 Watt. With all of this I get stuttering or skipping in frames or pauses or whatever the hell you want to call it. The point is that the game pauses for a split second as I'm either turning, running, or just going under a bridge (Need for Speed Hot Pursuit.... The new one.) I need a some help in solving this problem and I've just about tried everything. I'm really starting to think that with the current PSU that I have is not able to provide the power I need to either my CPU, GPU, or RAM. All I know is I can't overclock my ram manually to a higher Mhz speed any further then my FSB will allow or else it won't boot up period! Also I forgot to mention that my Mobo is a Asus P5Q-E Delux. Please help with any info pertaining to my problem, I would really appreciate it cause it's just about to cause me to pull my hair out. Thanks in advance and cheers mates XD.
