I've seen a fair bit of criticism for both. GB one seems to have boot loop issues (seen on Youtube and on other forums), but it is also $30 CAD cheaper. Any reason to go MSI over Gigabyte? All my hardware checks out under QVL for both boards (except for RAM on the MSI one, I found my model on the QVL but instead of C15D, its C15Q... should still work).
