The design and functionalities of the Irid 505 White ARGB midi tower PC case will satisfy each and every user. Owners of the case can personalize the colors and illumination style thanks to the ARGB lighting system. The new Genesis Irid 505 White ARGB is equipped with perforated front, while the side panel is made of hardened glass. This way users can showcase the interior of their build and look at the installed components. The white design and the awesome ARGB illumination make the case the best possible choice for demanding users.

The Irid 505 White ARGB allows users to connect as many as five SSD drivers. Apart from that you can install two HDD drives or additional two SSD drives. In order to provide maximum comfort and convenience of use, the front of the case is equipped with two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 ports as well as two HD Audio Jacks.

Properly designed
The case is equipped with a set of anti-dust filters, numerous cable channels and ample space behind the motherboard tray to facilitate proper cable placement. Inside you will also find four ARGB 120 mm fans. Additionally, the user can install two additional fans, including a 140 mm one in the front and at the top.

The extension sockets of the Irid 505 White ARGB are equipped with screwed plugs which can be re-used. The use of the slot-in technology, on the other hand, allows users to quickly install HDD and SDD drives without the need to use any tool.

The Genesis Irid 505 White will be available for purchase in the ARGB version for 109,99€ / $119.99, while the model without illumination costs 79,99€ / $89.99.

I would really like some quality micro atx cases. Not sure why Corsair can't give us a micro atx version of the 4000d. Call it the 3000d and shrink every dimension.

It's the UV light which makes things get yellowish. Retrobriting can bring the original colour back.

I'd love to see that! I have a 4000D but I have a mATX board so a mATX case would be great.

TBF This case came out before the Corsair 4000X and 5000X (Around Mid 2019 iirc). Here in SEA its known as the Tecware Alpha TG. https://www.tecware.co/alphatg

There is an mATX version, https://www.tecware.co/alpham but I'm not so sure what it'll be called there in the west. I personally owned the MATX case and its an amazing case for the price. plenty of top radiator clearance w/ no ram interference and can fit a 360 AIO up front as well, w/c is great for an MATX case

This same OEM case from another "brand" goes for 49€ in my country. Genesis just recently arrived on our market offering their completely same OEM cases for 3x the cash, because this case is valued at around 150€ here in Serbia, the black edition though. That`s just absurd if you ask me.

Yeah, other than, it should be 2 USB 3.0 and 2 USB-C. Why manufactures are still including USB 2.0 is beyond me.

Personally I think the case is Butt f'n ugly :p

Because lots of hardware is USB 2.0 and works best with USB 2.0 ports.

for Example a Behringer X-Touch uses USB 2.0

I still have a Digidesign Midi I/O (Uses USB1.1) hooked up to a Proteus 1, a Proteus 2000 and a Deepmind D12 all driven by a Ryzen 5950x machine.

In fact, I bet the mother board has a serial port on it somewhere.
Good for 56k modems and dot matrix printers.

Right? I feel your pain, really do!

Take a hint Genesis! Take this case, add a 5.25" & 3.5" bay and then ACTUALLY PROMOTE it. For some people lack of these bays is a dealbreaker.

Make no mistake, this case is beautiful but without the drive bays it's completely useless for many of us.

$90-120? Not bad, assuming it's decent gauge steel. I could look at the spec, but I don't have a 'feel' for it to compare.
