So I recently clean installed an old Dell computer, and its faster and all, but now I am getting random freezes when using IE. I would wait 10 minutes hoping that it will resume back to normal but it remains super laggy. So I have to hit "end task" to be able to use IE again. This happens not once but quite often (mostly when I am searching videos on youtube).
What is wrong?
