You start to hear a reverberating noise and if they aren't uncrossed quickly you get knocked backwards by a pulse of energy. It doesn't do much damage, but if you are only playing with one other NPC at the time and both of your health is low.. game over.

I just played some of it and all I can say is WOW!!! Beautiful game and very smooth @ 1680 x 1050. I just made it to the Stay Puff and the cinematography is just remarkable...for a game!! I honestly adore how the music so far is true to the movie and it's just awesome to see(hear) the original cast and how you have that feeling they care about this game( I havent heard or seen Ernie Hudson's character yet but there's still alot of game left).

My thoughts exactly. I wouldn't call this a "gamers" game, but it has all the makings of a very good game. :toast:

i enjoy the graphics and the voices and the music and environment. i do not enjoy the gameplay as the ghosts move very fast and everything they throw inevitably knocks me down. i stopped playing when the candlesticks came alive. they simply beat me up in a matter of minutes.

Maybe when it's cheaper. The closer I get to finishing the game, the more I would like multiplayer. :ohwell:

dont buy it. wait for a 50% off steam sale. multiplayer would be cool if its ghosts versus ghost busters. im playing on pc tho.

I find that very reasonable and I'm enjoying the game so far after 3 levels or so. The game is decent and very enjoyable for fans of the movies but compared to other games like Devil May Cry 4 it is lacking in overall gameplay and the graphics are a bit jaggy at times. I don't see any native support for FSAA and I'm not sure whether crossfire is being used. My frame rates are not as solid as I would like right now at 1080p. I enjoy the squad based action in Jericho a bit more than Ghostbusters but it is fun nonetheless I just watched the original Ghostbusters and the voice acting just doesn't seem to have the passion that went into the movies. Bill Muray really doesn't sound as much like Peter as you might think he would. The jokes are not as funny as the movies and the music is really repetitive. I really do like the game. It is good but I see so many things that can be done to improve things. I hope they make an even better sequel. For about $30 it is great fun.
