Try using ThrottleStop. This program can help with some computer throttling problems.

Post lots of pictures of ThrottleStop if you need help.

Your computer is too HOT. That is Caliente in Spanish.

You have to clean inside your computer. You have to replace the thermal paste between the heatsink and the CPU.

When your computer is too hot, it cannot run at full speed.

I understand, but it already has a perfect heatsink and the CPU. (but very rare) for good to see save file D and all and I will see delete all and again.t

The heatsink is not good. Your computer is running too hot. Power is only 22W but temperature is 95C. That is terrible.

Maybe the repair shop did a bad job or they used thermal paste that does not work well in laptops.

You will keep having problems unless you fix the heatsink and cooling.
