Gigabyte's newest line of gaming products, dubbed Aivia, features a rather special keyboard which is named Osmium. The keyboard features Cherry MX Red mechanical switches and an unusual amount of extra features such as macro-keys, two scroll wheels, and on-board memory to store up to six different profiles.

The only mechanical keyboard with a volume slider, media controls and headphone+microphone ports.

I'm guessing it's OEM is iOne?

I've had this keyboard for a couple of weeks now and its a good unit. Good build quality/features and is fun to type on. Looks nice too.

I do not know who the OEM is, but it is a highly customized design and it does not resemble anything that iOne produces.

OEM is not iOne. I know that much but Gig has not offered me any useful information as to who the OEM is. They will simply not open up on that. Maybe someone else will have better luck :-/

I have heard this is one wicked board tho. Thanks for the review.

They use standard layout so the US and UK versions will have long left shift buttons.

Single line enter key? HEATHENS!

But seriously I love the looks of it. Almost menacing yet stylish.
