Salaam guys, 2 days ago, i updated my board's bios from F4 to latest F5D, now it won't boot, i did almost everything to restore the bios as it's dual bios, but no **** ... tried all the tricks and tips on youtube, but no luck, help please, wonder why Gigabyte would release a bios as **** as this that would result in such madness, almost got my head blown off. Please help me about it :(

Note: i don't have my board in local warranty as it was imported but maybe in international warranty

My PC specs:
Gigabyte F2A85X-UP4
A-10 5800k APU
Kingston Hyper X 2x2GB 1866mhz

How did you flash the bios? Have you cleared the CMOS afterwards?
Does it not POST at all or just fails to boot windows?

through usb, via qflash, it said successful, then came no display, then i tried all the tips on web, cleared the cmos with the cmos button present on the board, pressed it for 5-6 seconds, the DB display goes into some different codes, showed bios, but nothing works in the bios, no keyboard no mouse, then uefi dual bios screen comes up after bios main screen and screen goes blank and again into a loop of 84 error on DB screen

At that point you could borrow some friend's keyboard, a PS/2 peripheral has greater chances to be detected and working in the bios.

by the way code 84 is not documented because it's B4. It's not an error code, just a step during a regular boot.
B4 : USB device hot plug-in.

the bios POST goes as far as initialising the USB controller then goes in a loop and reboot, no wonder why you couldn't use your mouse/keyboard

problem had nothing todo with the bios code B4 means that you have a USB device plugged in and its HUNG on detection remove all usb devices and try again figures So all you friend did was reboot and flash back now that the usb hung code was cleared
knew it
