Who said TITAN will not have custom heatspreaders and fans ?

Gigabyte is the first. Is expecting the card will have superior clocks speeds and will be more expensive than reference design... ( Well i understand with better cooling it should be ) No info about price and release.

Interesting. I think Nvidia does not want custom coolers on some of their cards, but that doesn't always stop... :)

I would expect it to be less expensive. Plastic vs. whatever metal/alloy the stock Titan cooler is made of. I guess expectation and reality don't go together too well though. If I wanted to buy a Titan, I'd get the stock cooler version and throw something aftermarket on. Money wouldn't be an issue.

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
Always stop what... finishing sentences? :p

Being serious, it was mentioned at a lot of places that they couldnt change the PCB design or something. I didnt hear anything about the cooler, but who knows.

I personally think that cooler looks terrible. Hope it cools well!
