Look at reviews for the black version they're identical other than color... Most people if they've owned enough hardware have good and bad stories about every hardware manufacturer and others just have vendor bias so the best way to find out if it's any good objectively is reviews.

They work. Gigabyte by all means is not the greatest but they will get the job done.

I have one of their RTX 2080's, not had any problems with it.
Paid less for it than that 2070 Super is costing though.

Do note the difference between Aorus and not Aorus branded cards though, as they're doing some weird shit there. You might not get some free games or the same warranty if it's not an Aorus branded card. Might only apply where I live or to some certain SKUs though.

Also note that the card you've linked to lacks USB-C, if that matters to you.

Gigabytes gaming oc line of cards tend to be the cheapest in their product line because the cooler they strap onto it is at the bare minimum on the functionality scale. It will cool your card but it won't do it very efficiently, the fans will be loud and the card will run hot. The cards also don't have all those fancy temperature and voltage sensors like more expensive cards do.
