Why would you upgrade the VBIOS in the first place? The issue seems to be an incorrect VBIOS flashed

Updating a VBIOS is entirely unnecessary, there is no real reason to do so. Before trying what I prescribe next, try and delete/reinstall drivers with DDU. Next, I would try to make sure you have the right VBIOS, boot a USB with DOS and nvflash, and force flash it back.

Tried already with DDU, unsuccesfully, there's only one vbios available on GIgabyte site for my card, I'll try now with DOS

So, I finally fixed my issue, I'll explain everything I did:

1) After flashing the VBios on gigabyte support page (link below)

https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1080TTOC-8GD#support-dl-bios

Using the utility integrated into the downloaded zip, the memory clock was stuck at 405 MHz, everything else was fine.

2) I searched for hours for a compatible VBios, nothing was working, the VBios that I flashed initally overwritten the PCI Subsystem ID, so nothing was working, nvflash was only giving me errors (PCI mismatch error)

Found only these VBios

https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/202799/202799 (I think this one is newer)

https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/203217/203217

The first one is the one from the official Gigabyte page (he broke my card essentially)

The others worked force flashing them using this command on cmd

cmd(as admin): nvflash64 -6 biosfile.rom

3) We skipped the PCI check and overwritten the existing one, and it worked! The card runs great and at its full potential!

Thanks everyone for the support, hopefully someone will find useful my experience!
