GIGABYTE Technology Co. LTD, a leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, today presents the latest entry level graphics card GV-N430OC-1GL. The GV-N430OC-1GL is built on the NVIDIA 40nm process; supports DirectX 11, with 128 bit DDR3 high speed graphics memory and higher default GPU clock. GV-N430OC-1GL provides the best HD gaming and entertainment experience.

GV-N430OC-1GL features GIGABYTE Ultra Durable 2 components to guarantee the lowest operating temperature and longer product life. For cooling solution, GIGABYTE designs brand new low profile inclined dual fan for the entry level graphics card. I don't quite understand all the dual fan madness on cards that barely get warm when used.
Apparently, fans are cheaper than larger aluminum chunk used for heatsink...

I kinda like that it looks like other Gigabyte nVidia cards. It makes them all easily recognizable as Gigabyte cards, even if it isn't really necessary for this card.

Agreed. It looks like one of the nicer GT430 cards, along with the MSI 'Twin Frozr'-styled model.

why would i want a home theatre card with 2 fans? When you can get one with no fans?

Don't forget that NV branded the gt 430 the "best" HTPC card. The one's without fans are surely not the best! So for your best card, you want the best cooling that will go with it. /sarcasm, of course! Marketing bro... And it will work.

I think the 430 sucks overall as a card. Just my views. A await a gddr5 version.
