I'm fine with that but I don't understand what I'm getting into with that. The shipping cost is of no concern.

I have cancelled the RTX 4090 give-away. That would be the biggest blunder of my give-aways because very few have a rig that could handle that or even a 4K monitor and it's a random drawing as always so I can't pick and choose who wins. Instead I'm looking at give-aways for the 4060 Ti when they drop in May. That would be the best opportunity to help gamers upgrade I think. According to the Steam Hardware Survey 60% are still on 1080p and less that 3% are on 4K.

I always liked the community contests on OCC ( years ago) where you have to be a member for x days already and have x posts to enter. Weeds out the spammers and directly rewards members who contribute to the site. Got a nice case that way.

I'm currently running a 1080 hybrid and going to put that in my grandson's system for him. He's currently running one of my old GTX 970's, so should be a big jump for him.

I'm running a Seasonic gold 850 watt power supply and figure that should be enough to run the 4080......

You might want to get a dedicated dual 8 to 16 pin 12VHPWR cable but otherwise it will handle it no problem.

The card actually comes with a 3x8 pin PCIe to 20 pin adapter. That should do okay?
