Family member of mine was in a work related accident, nothing too serious but I have been taking him to doctor appointments, fill out paperwork, etc.

My buddy's wife's harddrive failed on her dell computer a few weeks ago. Last Wednesday was the anniversary of the day they lost their daughter to an overdose.. He called me that night, and told me she got her harddrive, and wanted me to walk her through installing it. He said she was really depressed and he hoped the computer with her pictures would ease her mind. Well after helping her install the drive she ran into problems loading Windows XP.. So, I asked him to bring her computer to me the next day. When I received it I installed Windows 8 Pro 32bit (I had an extra key when I bought a few when they were on sale really cheap), and installed games from the app store for her, and upgraded her ram to 4gb and added a HD6670 I had laying around. I told him everything I did to it, and told him not to worry about it. He took it home and turned it on for her and she thought it was a new pc. I don't want to enter for the game, I just wanted to share.

I ended up giving my mate an extra Gig of ram , a bigger hdd , a new psu a new motherboard new cpu and win 7 .He said he is glad now he doesnt have to wait for half an hour for applications to open heheh . And I get that nice feeling that I did a good deed for someone.

There is construction going on in my house because of Diwali season in India.
So workers are non-stop working in our house , some are very poor and wear torn clothes and shoes.
So I gave them my old clothes , shoes and even my toys and cricket bats for them and their kids, these things i was not using so it felt good while giving them away.
