So i read a lot of stuff and i tried a lot if combinations but still i have 95c and thermal throttling in games like bf1, mafia de or even cs go.
I know my stable in offset is -0.125mv core and -0.87mv cache and this is the sweet spot. i get in idle improvment form 60 to 50-45 but while gaming still hits 95c. Also i change the turbo ratio limits a lot of times and tpl in varius configurtion but am not sure is this helps or wokrs and truly i dont know how i should set up this so i tried setups from videos on yt for i7 8750h.

i share my screens and there is someone who can help me how to set all of this?

Your cooling is bad. The CPU is at 31W and is running at 96°C. The only way to fix this problem is to fix your cooling. Have you ever disassembled your laptop and cleaned out the heatsink and fan inside? It is also a good idea to replace the thermal paste. You will never get maximum performance if your CPU is running this hot.

yeah i can disassembly him, and repaste but is this helps? i have him like a year, and year ago he have a problemswith thermal throttling

also i can add i run some test cinebench r20 like few minutes before screenshots and he hits 50W while in test

@Wyimagowany - With good cooling, the 8750H can run at 60W or 70W. A well cooled 8750H can run at full speed (39.00) for the entire Cinebench R20 test. Your CPU is running way too hot to do this.

Use a paste like Noctua NT-H2. It works well at high temperatures. Some popular thermal pastes do not work well on laptop CPUs. They will quickly pump out and your temps will be terrible a week later.

Ho, I have the dame notebook and was have same trouble like you.
About Every 3 months, This was sent to asus assistance for resolve the thermal issues.
Always come back like new, but unfortunately After about 3 months Always come back the issue of thermal trottling.
After 5 time, goes and back from assistance and a One refurbished notebook to replace my new, I have decide to repaste... to repaste the notebook was More easy than write . I have bought the SYY thermal paste with over 15 k/mv ( noctua Is no Good , have lower k/mb ) and Whit succesfull! The temperature (fortnite) was incredibily go down! From 10to20 Celsius grade. The only inconveniente Is to repaste every 6 months or when the temperature goes up.
fortnite with beta driver, no more of 72 v.

With dx 12 , with medium setting are about 82, with Epic 87.

The fan reduce noise, and with Aida 64 not have encountered thermal trottling issues!

Just Yesterday I have repaste , last time was This start of Summer.
Try, more Easy ... Not use program like throttle stop, undervolt or more. Is not necessari and not work on your notebook.
i decide to post This message, Just because 2 Years ago I have Nightmare Whit This notebook and none site explain to me that the solutions are very very Easy. From the Asus service they give me that solutions was replace the motherboard...hahahaciao, and Sorry me for my elementary English.
