I'm planning on a PC build. And wondering what GPU's would y'all recommend would y'all recommend a 2060 super or 2070 or a RX 5700XT bye AMD? And overall budget for my PC is between 1000$/1500$.

1080P 60 hertz but will soon upgrade to a 1440 144 hertz or higher hertz. And want to get good specs while budget still allows so no RX 590 series cards please. Oh and plan on grabbing my parts online.

That's on my build list! I'm deciding on going with a X-570 Asus TUFF motherboard & a 3000 series CPU.

You could save like $250 by going with a previous gen Ryzen CPU and motherboard. You wouldn't notice a difference on a 60Hz panel and at 1440p the difference doesn't seem to be worth the extra cost either, that money could be used for an even better GPU than the ones listed in the OP.

There'll be people advising the 5700/5700 XT. I'm using one now that works well, but it's still a tweakfest to get running right due to driver issues. I would advise against AMD right now for that reason, if only in the short term. RTX 2070 or maybe even RTX 2060 Super is what I would aim for as a baseline. Plus you get raytracing if that matters to you.

2060 Super or 5700 XT depends on whether you prefer driver stability/updates and game performance consistency, or better absolute performance particularly in certain Radeon-optimized games.

If you're willing to take a chance on Radeon drivers, which have improved as of late but have always fallen behind GeForce since GCN first hit the market, the 5700 XT is without doubt the better buy. If you're willing to gamble on drivers. Stay away from both Asus models.

For the 2060, 2060 Super and 2070, RT isn't much more than a spec sheet nicety at the 1440p res they aim for. The 2070 is no longer regarded by Nvidia as being as active a part of the SKU stack as the 2060, 2060 Super and 2070 Super are; the 2060 Super falls negligibly short of its performance anyways.

5700 makes little sense, unless it's a screaming deal. It's got fantastic efficiency, which all the AIBs ignored by reusing gargantuan XT coolers, and can be flashed to XT clocks - that's about it.

Even a Radeon VII would be good, have two here and I'm happy with them.
Related to price point the 5700XT itself is much cheaper vs a Radeon VII and will get it done and I do agree, AMD still has a few driver issues to work out.

I'd grab a 5700XT or do as suggested right above this post.

Yeah, but it depends on the vendor. Still a crapshoot. My going theory is that the vendors on some models idle aggressively low in voltage terms, and whether or not the card can handle it becomes silicon lottery material.

I'm working on a fix. I have one I'm using personally now (a soft power play table) but it kills idle entirely, and that is far from ideal.

Ive helped several flash, the ones who fail don't listen to instructions properly.

It takes research and a backup plan lol.

XFX, Asrock, Gigabyte, tend to require a Subsystem ID change. Sapphire Pulse does not.

Get with FordGT90Concept, INSTG8R for bug reports

Would you recommend a regular MSI X570 motherboard or the tried & true B450 Tomahawk Max or the B450 A-Pro max?
Ah, I'm bad at these. :D

MSI's B450 lineup is hella solid, I'd go for those probably. Their cheaper X570 boards are pretty meh what I've read.
