2060 Super or 5700 XT depends on whether you prefer driver stability/updates and game performance consistency, or better absolute performance particularly in certain Radeon-optimized games.
If you're willing to take a chance on Radeon drivers, which have improved as of late but have always fallen behind GeForce since GCN first hit the market, the 5700 XT is without doubt the better buy. If you're willing to gamble on drivers. Stay away from both Asus models.
For the 2060, 2060 Super and 2070, RT isn't much more than a spec sheet nicety at the 1440p res they aim for. The 2070 is no longer regarded by Nvidia as being as active a part of the SKU stack as the 2060, 2060 Super and 2070 Super are; the 2060 Super falls negligibly short of its performance anyways.
5700 makes little sense, unless it's a screaming deal. It's got fantastic efficiency, which all the AIBs ignored by reusing gargantuan XT coolers, and can be flashed to XT clocks - that's about it.
