good program to read correct cpu voltage?

Would anyone be kind enough to link me to a freeware program that tells you what cpu voltage you are running cpuz isnt meassuring the correct vcore for my ECS ka1 mvp and my 3800+ venice,

I have that but what is your actual cpu voltage? i have a 3800+ venice stock volts should be 1.4 and the thing says vcore1 2.32v vcore2 1.94V that cant be right where the heck should i be looking?

use a DMM and measure it yourself on the mobo. best and most precise way

Where on the motherboard would you put the voltage reader? and isnt there risk of being electricuted?
