None of the models will come with a hard drive in them, they all will have a 16GB SSD. The Samsung models have a 4 in 1 card reader as well for storage, the Acer models do not seem to have a build in card reader.
The Samsung models have screen resolutions of 1280x800, the smaller Acer screens are 1366x768.
