GPU Core Clock and Memory Clock almost 100% when exiting a game

Afterburner can reset the clocks back the to default values , not force them. At least I don't know of such functionality.

Alright. Can you give your graphics card to someone else and test it out?
I am sure this can tell if your graphics card has a problem or not.

After taking away the video card, moving to another machine, trying and trying, seems like the only way it was somehow solved was to install 15063 RS2. When it goes back to desktop from DirectX, every clock is set back to normal.
I havent decided yet if this was abolutely solved, tho
