Wow, even before drivers got installed Windows still recognized my 6950XT, it was just using the MS Basic Display Adapter driver. That's crazy that Windows straight up didn't even list your card in device manager, glad you have it working now though!

Remember it is Windows, ms screws with it too much.

If I were to guess, Windows recognized the Ryzen RDNA2 iGPU first, loaded the generic driver for it and called it a day.

Id say that and this is why ms auto installing stuff is Sin in mybook.
