So we all know its tax season and I have that extra cash burning a hole in my pocket.
For the rig in my sig.
Im running my 4770 and really like the card, but wanna go DX11 for Civ 5, Dirt 2 etc.
Budget is $250ish
Newegg has the sweet deal on XFX 6870 w/ PSU
Im thinking a 5770 would be good enough but of course I wanna run benches and blow my old scores out of the water.
Other option is a 460 sli setup
Just curious as to what you guys think, would this CPU be able to keep up with a 6870??
Looking to keep this setup for 2 more years
